What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a type of jewelry that you cannot remove because it does not have a clasp. Instead, it is welded together with a jump ring. The intention of permanent jewelry is to have everyday pieces you can wear as long as you like. These will not pull or snag on things like a traditional clasp might. You also do not have to worry about the weight of your clasp pulling your necklace or bracelet backwards.

What If I change my mind?

Once the chain is cut after your size has been finalized it is FINAL SALE.

What is the jewelry made of?

14K Gold filled as well as Sterling Silver depending on which finish you choose. All our chains are tarnish free and if handled with proper care can last a lifetime.

What if I need a repair?

We provide one free re-weld repair if the piece is damaged from the welded spot and will happily repair it with no fee. If the piece breaks in any other area it would need to be assessed for repair.

What if the jewelry needs to be removed?

You can easily remove your jewelry by cutting only the jump ring with nail clippers/scissors when desired. If you are removing your piece temporarily (for MRI or other reasons) simply keep your chain and we can re-weld again for a small fee.

Can I bring my own chain?

No, we only weld chains we sell.

Can I wear permanent jewelry through airport security?

Yes, you can wear your pieces through airport security.
